How did I spend last year which was hugely impacted by the COVID19 pandemic?
Hmmm
It started with a bit of fear. End of March 2020 offices are shut now in Gurgaon. People are not allowed to move on streets let alone travel. And then the countdown begins.
People are dying with this newfound virus and there is no vaccine in sight.
At that point I stayed alone, my wife was in another city, and my parents in altogether a different part of the country. What if anyone of us fell sick? What will I do? Hence the fear.
Cooking 3 meals a day, cleaning the house, and keeping a full-time job came to the rescue. It kept me occupied. What also came to help was the mobile and internet connectivity. I was alone but was I?
When things began to normalize, I saw and implemented a few ‘extracurricular activities’ (hated this term in school) which I am proud of today.
- I started the website sanadsuman.com. Always wanted to have one. It always felt like owning a piece of digital real estate.
- Completed a 3-month T-Shaped Digital Marketing course.
- Built a small Appsheet app to score my leads.
- Last but not least cooked a total of 3 chapatis.
Always wonder if these things would have happened if there was No COVID19. I haven’t got the answer but in reality, it doesn’t matter what the answer is.
